    BP (230) - 16, 14, 14, 13, 12

    PU - 13, 13, 12, 10, 13

    Grant did something like:

    BP (200) - 19, 15, 14, 13, 12

    PU - 30, 25, 25, 20, 27 (I may be off on these)

    BP(135): 5,4,4,3,3
    PU: 5,4,4,3,3

  4. Completed on Monday (only 4 sets due to nausea). All pullups were done immediately after Bench. All pullups were strict.

  5. Why were the P/U's strict? Have you not figured out a kip yet, or does the equipment not allow it?

  6. Did strict PUs too give my shoulders a rest. Kipping puts lots of strain on my shoulders. I can kip really well, though - over 30 straight if not already tired.
