With a continuously running clock do one 135 pound Clean and Jerk the first minute, two 135 pound Clean and Jerks the second minute, three 135 pound Clean and Jerks the third minute... continuing as long as you are able. Use as many sets each minute as needed.
Ten rounds for time of: 3 Weighted Pull-ups, 45 pounds 5 Strict Pull-ups 7 Kipping Pull-up
For weighted pull-ups place a 45 pound dumbbell between the legs above crossed ankles and jettison the dumbbell after third rep and continue with strict pull-ups and then the kipping pull-ups. Coming off the bar or going to ground constitutes termination of a set.

It got to the point that my form was falling way off so I dropped to Joe's weights to finished up. This also alleviated the weight changing as we could only find 3 bars. I'm barely walking right now and I'm very afraid of what the morning will bring.
