75 pound Power snatch, 75 reps for time.

  1. I knocked it out in 6:30, Jamie did 100 20 lb thrusters in about 8 minutes. Then we did 5x500m rows each, resting while the other went. It was a good workout. That's a pretty good time Chris (I think, never seen this one before).

  2. It's helpful when the lift is only 30% body weight!
