50 Kettlebell swings, 1 pood
Walking Lunge, 50 steps
50 Knees to elbows
50 Push press, 45 pounds
50 Back extensions
50 Wall ball shots, 20 pound ball
50 Burpees
50 Double unders

  1. Knocked it out in just over 27 was pretty crappy. First time doing this one. Jamie finished a little ahead of me, completing 30 reps of everything.

    I'm not much of a jump roper I guess. The DUs, preceded by burpees, kind of crushed me. It was a good workout though.

  2. Chris, Grant, Jason and I did this one on Monday. I finished in 39:17, Chris at ~42, Grant at ~32 and Jason whupped us all with a 29 and change. It's a killer workout and the worst part is the burpees. You're already tired and then 50 burpees - totally crappy.

  3. Dave Parker and I did this one on Tuesday. As required with a 22.5kg push press, and a 3kg wall ball. Dave was 32:00 and I was 32:10.... good times.

  4. As R'x, but changed the order a bit due to logisitcs of excercises; 40:40. It took me 10 minutes to do the Burpees. I couldn't do more than 5 without passing out. Next time I should be in the mid 30's for time (I hope).

  5. 38:00, gym only had 15lb ball and 16" box jump, brutal workout.
