  1. Did it at home - very limited kipping capability:
    7 sets plus 100m: 26, 20, 16, 15, 15, 14, 14.

    Kelly (didn't keep track - she wasn't told to keep track until the 3rd set): 5 or 6 sets, 7-10 jumping pull-ups per set.

  2. I did my own workout at home. 20,18,16,14,12,10 pull-ups and 65 pound kettlebell swings and then a 5 mile run to the nissan dealership. If you didn't know, our car got stolen, then recovered by CHP with some late twenties, mexican, mother-of-two (which were in the car). There was a little damage and a serious smoke smell so we got all that fixed. It has been a real pain!
