  1. Started low. Still building up in weight - plus I didn't want to injure myself since this is the first week in four that I did more than two Xfit WODs. It is also the first week ever where I did 5 straight WODs:
    6x135, 3x185, 1x225, 1x225, 1x245, 1x265, 1x275
