  1. My legs and bicepts are SORE! Started easy and ended with burning bicepts. Only took breaks to catch my breath. 16:15

  2. The pullups killed me on this one. My grip was shot from the dumbbell cleans. Took about 30 min.

  3. Only managaged 3 rounds of 15 and 10 pullups. Took 25 mins. Biceps and shoulders were still sore three days later...
