I made it through 7 full rounds, but on the 7th I could only get 2 HSPU's so I finished with three 95# shoulder presses. I didn't really want to fall on my face in the middle of the gym.

this is a great workout thanks bro Had trouble with hspu and screw up did it for 27 minutes 1st week down and whole body sore 3 full rounds did pp at 115 lb tomorrow off is going to be nice
5 full rounds plus 6th set HSPU and 10xbench. The 4th round my HSPU's were only 1/2 range of motion. THe fifth and sixth sets I just did a handstand for 10 seconds. Each time I was slowly collapsing after about 5 seconds. That was an insane shoulder workout. Jason, welcome to the site!
5 dips short of 7 full rounds, had a 12 second walk from push press to the dips but I don't know if that really hurt me much. The forced recovery was probably good.
