Handstand push-ups 5 reps
Bench press 135 pounds, 10 reps
Push press 95 pounds, 15 reps
Dips 20 reps

    Used smith machine bar under toes to assist on HSPU's rounds 2 and 3.

    2 days off are going to be wonderful.

  2. I made it through 7 full rounds, but on the 7th I could only get 2 HSPU's so I finished with three 95# shoulder presses. I didn't really want to fall on my face in the middle of the gym.

  4. this is a great workout thanks bro Had trouble with hspu and screw up did it for 27 minutes 1st week down and whole body sore 3 full rounds did pp at 115 lb tomorrow off is going to be nice

  5. 5 full rounds plus 6th set HSPU and 10xbench. The 4th round my HSPU's were only 1/2 range of motion. THe fifth and sixth sets I just did a handstand for 10 seconds. Each time I was slowly collapsing after about 5 seconds. That was an insane shoulder workout. Jason, welcome to the site!

  6. 5 dips short of 7 full rounds, had a 12 second walk from push press to the dips but I don't know if that really hurt me much. The forced recovery was probably good.

  7. I am way late on reporting this. I read the post wrong, so we did thrusters in stead of push press. I think this made it substantially harder.
