11:25. Each round of pull-ups and wall-balls had a single break, except for the last round of wall-balls which was unbroken. Some small delays in equipment, and 20 sec transit time one way.
Oh yeah, it was only a 15lb ball (biggest avail)
My internet connection out here in Bahrain and Saudi is pretty spotty but I have gotten some workouts in. Haven't been able to check crossfit.com but have been getting after it a little bit. The gym at our villa in Saudi is pretty weak and the 120-130 temperatures are not all that fun. I'll try to start doing the WODs and posting the results. Just getting back into it really sucks as I get older!
Grant and I did this one last night at his house using his new 20lb (and very lopsided) medicine ball and his ghetto pullup bar.Grant - 11:50Andy - 18 something I did get several sets of ten pullups though which is an improvement.
Did this one just under 12 mins, I was timing using the clock on the wall so I'm not exactly sure
14.37, strict pullups -25,15,10, extra 30 wall ball shots, 15lbs ball - biggest avail.
12 lb wall ball was biggest available 25 17 10 strict pullups 20:33
Did same as Dan except only 20 PU for each round, and time was approx 25 mins. Those pull-ups are still kicking my ass, but getting better.
