  1. 185,195,205,215,215. Then did 2 sets of 50lb dumbbell manmakers and a twenty minute run...my back feels broken

  2. 135,185,185,135,135. My knees really don't like squating. I then did two sets of 10 rep deadlifts, back extensions, sit-ups with weights, followed by 30 double-unders. I got three in a row for the first time in my life today. I usually do one double, one single, one double, etc...

Does anyone know why Ray can't start a new blog? Does Grant have to send him some type of permissions (ie a contributor?)

  3. 135,145,155,155,135, Had trouble with this one, could not keep the weight against my chest without a lot of help from arms. No problem with squat, shoulder was limiting factor.

Weight wasn't very difficult, but I can't support with my hands (wrists) and much heavier may break my shoulders (cross support). I look forward to doing these in a squat rack instead of in the middle of the gym with machines 2' away on all sides.

  5. You guys need to watch the video on crossfit again faster that is linked in the comments section on crossfit.com. Check it out - it dispells some myths and provides a good example of how to do the front squat properly. Apparently my previous belief that I lack wrist flexibility is incorrect and I am simply a wuss. Grant and I will do this tonight and see how it goes.

Andy did a much better job keeping the bar up on his chest. I think we should try some heavier weight squat cleans now that our front squats are stronger.
