    sets were 95, 115, 135x8

    might have been able to do a little more weight but neither of us felt real confident getting the bar moving from the hang position

  3. 40 reps Ray? You will be sore tomorrow, bro. I went kiteboarding instead and broke a line for the first time. Luckily it happened near shore and only took about 30 min to swim in with the kite.

  4. Yes, 40 and I was sore today, but much easier on the shoulder with less weight. Going back to doc for checkup on Tuesday. 30 min swim with gear is good workout..
