"Mary"
Complete as many rounds in 20 minutes as you can of:
5 Handstand Push-ups
10 One legged squats, alternating
15 Pull-ups

    It's a good WOD to start back up with. Simple movement that will kick your butt!

    Previous record was 12, so I guess all the gun running didn't kill my strength.

    Kicked my butt...plus the pull-ups were 5 sets of 1 for each round. Sad...

  4. Grant and I just finished this one.

    Andy: 17 rounds even (previously 13 rounds)

    Grant: 23 rounds 5 pullups and 5 (or so) pushups

    Grant showed me a new pullup grip that really improves my ability to hang on the bar - and he kept yelling at me so I kept going - what a bully!
