28:30. Toughest WOD I've ever done with Xfit. Wt:190: DL:225, Bench:190, PC:145/135. I am really sore. Prior to this WOD I've never DL 225 more than probably 10-20 times, EVER. I did it 55 times.
DL-350, BP-230, C-175 - I did rounds 10,9,8 and then ran out of time - had to pick up the kids. Got it about half done in 30 minutes. Deadlift was brutal, benchpress was easy, cleans hurt (as always).
