10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 reps of the triplet:
Deadlift: 1 1/2 body weight
Bench press: body weight
Clean: 3/4 body weight

Set up three bars and storm through for time.

    Dead 232lbs, Bench 155lbs, Clean 75lbs... still working under pain limit in left arm.

  2. 28:30. Toughest WOD I've ever done with Xfit. Wt:190: DL:225, Bench:190, PC:145/135. I am really sore. Prior to this WOD I've never DL 225 more than probably 10-20 times, EVER. I did it 55 times.

  3. DL-350, BP-230, C-175 - I did rounds 10,9,8 and then ran out of time - had to pick up the kids. Got it about half done in 30 minutes. Deadlift was brutal, benchpress was easy, cleans hurt (as always).
