4 Handstand Push-ups
8 2-Pood Kettlebell swings

  1. Did 2 strict pullups and 2 ring dips for one muscleup (no room at the gym). Also used the heaviest kb of 40 lbs but did it 10 times per set.
    12 sets and the pu and rd.

  2. We did 6 pullups and 4 ring dips for a muscleup.

    I got 8 rounds plus pu/rd and hspu's. Chris finished 10? rounds but did assisted HSPU's after the 2nd? round.
