  1. Did 120 pullups and 60 ring dips in 19:15. I broke them up into sets of 4 and 2. Seemed to fatigue less that way.

  3. 19:52 for 60 ring dips and 60 door jam pull-ups. I realize it's only 1/2 the workout, but it was still hard for me. I followed Andy's idea and did sets of 4.
