Five rounds for max reps of:
Body weight bench press
Pull-ups

Post reps for both exercises in all rounds.
Compare to 090606.

    PU -10 each round
    Limited PU to 10 because of shoulder. I should be able to get more bench next time if do not do Filhty Fifties the day before.... my body still recovering. Took two rounds just to loosen up.
