"Tabata Something Else"

Complete 32 intervals of 20 seconds of work followed by ten seconds of rest where the first 8 intervals are pull-ups, the second 8 are push-ups, the third 8 intervals are sit-ups, and finally, the last 8 intervals are squats.

There is no rest between exercises.

Post total reps from all 32 intervals to comments.

  1. I swear my shoulders are getting weaker. Did the 7x1 shoulder press:

    135-155-165-175-185F-185F-135x5-135x5

    I think I got 195 last time and two times ago 205. I must be doing something wrong.

    Situps - 122
    Squats - 133

  3. This is actually for the 2nd of May.

    Did "Hansen" and I think that is the hardest crossfit workout I've ever tried. Stopped after 4 rounds due to exhaustion: 51:21.

  6. Kel did a reduced version of Tabitha tonight (5x20s of each instead of 8) as a build up:
    Jump Pullups: 32
    Knee Pushups: 52
    Situps:45
    Squats: 77
