30 Glute-ham sit-ups
25 Back extensions

  1. We did a little hybrid today,
    4 rounds for time each round consisted of:
    5 sets of (5 pull ups, 10 push ups, 15 squats) and one 400m run at the end of the 5th set of squats.
    Finished in 25 mins
    Somewhat like Cindy but we added some running

  2. I did Mary Thursday. The pullups were somewhat painful. I got 12 rounds even in 20 minutes.

  3. We did 7 sets of power clean (I actually did 7 sets of 3 with only 40 lbs on the bar to practice technique). Then we did the 30/25 situps/extensions. The extensions were a killer on the back...I'm super sore today and only did sets of 20 after the first round. This crossfit thing is pretty good though.
