30 Push-ups
40 Sit-ups
50 Squats

Rest precisely three minutes between each round.

    Jason isn't kipping pullups yet.

  3. Did this today. Total time was 43 min. Minus the rest that makes 31 min so I averaged 6:12 per round.

  4. I forgot to do the manditory 3 minutes of rest between sets. I just went as fast as possible. Finished in 20:05 and it hurt.
