  3. I married an athletic woman, what can I say. I was surprised how hard the pushups were. I powered out 21 in the first set and after that the lactic acid kept me from going over about 10-15. Way harder than I thought.

  4. Yes..it's a good workout which will have you sore for the next couple of days. I did the front squats today (185,205,215,225,225) and then did some sets of GHD situps. Also had by far my best surf session of my life this afternoon. It was "epic". I totally understand what is so cool about surfing now that I have gotten the hang of it. Good times.

  6. I decided to stop pussy-footing this one and get a little more aggressive. If I jam the bar into my larynx until I can hardly breathe and basically cut off the blood to my brain then I can do a reasonable amount of weight on this one.
