ReplyDeleteIt's a good WOD to start back up with. Simple movement that will kick your butt!
Previous record was 12, so I guess all the gun running didn't kill my strength.

ReplyDeleteKicked my butt...plus the pull-ups were 5 sets of 1 for each round. Sad...
Grant and I just finished this one.

Grant: 23 rounds 5 pullups and 5 (or so) pushups
Grant showed me a new pullup grip that really improves my ability to hang on the bar - and he kept yelling at me so I kept going - what a bully!
