    2 Ring Dips
    4 HSPU's
    8 2 pood swings

    Grant - 16 rounds
    Chris - 10 rounds (assisted HSPU's)
    Andy - 8.5 rounds

  2. 10 rounds at home. Did the MU's and HSPU's as R'x. I don't have KB's at home so I used my flight gear bag that was packed for Pcola which weighted 55lbs and did 10 Sumo Deadlift High Pulls in place of the KB swings.

    6 pull-ups and 2 ring dips does not equal 2 MU's. Those things are HARD! I think I hurt my right peck doing them again.
