I'm a member. Terriffic. Did Yoga level one with Kel tonight. It wasn't a bad little WOD with something that Xfit doesn't do much of...stretch. We are going to try and do it 3-4 times a week together at night. Maybe help fix my annoying lower back.
Danny was tough. My shoulders are making clicking noises now (more than usual). I felt like doing push-presses isn't that good for my shoulders mainly because the hand seperation is fixed on the bar for both extension and retraction. Anyone else feel that way after doing 80+ push-presses?
