We've been talking about trying something new with her workout routines and she is going to give it a shot. She wants to do cardio everyday, but I've at least convinced her to break up her runs with some different excercises. Today I think she'd going to do push-press and crunches instead of push-ups. Her options are limited since she's doing this on the treadmil at home.
Did the snatch and pullup WOD - 12:23. Didn't get the bar to chest however.
