We'v...Maggie did 8 rounds of:<br /><br />400m run<br />10 pushups<br /><br />We've been talking about trying something new with her workout routines and she is going to give it a shot. She wants to do cardio everyday, but I've at least convinced her to break up her runs with some different excercises. Today I think she'd going to do push-press and crunches instead of push-ups.
