    10 5# DB Curls
    10 5# DB Thrusters

    Anyone have a good suggestion on movements to incorporate? We have dumbells from 2 to 20 lbs that she can use however she'd like.

  3. Squats and lunges - either body weight or with some added weight. Knock off the curls. Push-ups (girlie to start with), situps, supermans (for the low back). Get on crossfit kids and see the stuff they do. They use very little equipment.

    I didnt bring my rings again so we just did normal dips at 42, 30, 18 and Penn used 95 pounds on the cleans
